COMMENTS
Confusingly
large until you have been everywhere and then you wouldn't have it
any smaller. This is a good map to show that small maps need to
be bigger and that big maps need NOT dilute GamePlay. It becomes
sort of a large map punctuated by small areas that feel
claustrophobic at times. Still, a player's ability to get from
place to place is not only easy but (personally speaking) a
treat. Come on - I mean, jumping from a walkway to a roof top and
back to a different walkway is fantasy in real-life but Oh-So
rewarding as a computer character; admit it. It is also laced
with (appropriate) dark areas that, until you get a feel for
tossing flares (which add considerable atmosphere) you will
grope. It has a second floor (preferred by this player) that
consists of a remarkable maze-like quality; well thought out.
There are additional added pluses that make this an example of a
High GamePlay Unreal map. I'm not fond of this "dark areas"
feature but AngLoiD must be and ... "that's good enough for me".

PS: Don't come here alone (large maps always REQUIRE several
players); the more the merrier.
