Hi there,
I just installed UT 469 on Linux Mint 21.1 according to the manual on Github. Installation worked fine, but I hardly get more than 10fps ingame - so it's not playable at all. I posted more details in the Linux Mint forums: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?p=2329475
Maybe anybody is here who has an idea whats going wrong here?
Thanks a lot!

If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Re: Poor 3D performance with Intel i915 graphics
Unreal / UT99 has different renderers for graphics. Some may work better and some may work worse with certain graphics cards/chips. Please try them to see if a different graphics renderer gets better performance on your configuration. For the Direct3D variants you may need to have Wine installed.

Re: Poor 3D performance with Intel i915 graphics
Hello Hyper and thank you.
I can't find an option to change the renderer. In past (Windows) versions of Unreal I could go to System > Settings > Video > Change 3D Device, but in this Linux version this button isn't available.
Edit: Also the "preferences" command in the console isn't available.

On the Linux Mint Forum we found out, that somehow the graphics driver in my installation was broken.
Reinstalling the OS solved the problem.
