It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

469C not working on OSX: Assertion Failed

UT now belongs to the "old" Unreal as well. Supporting it for OpenGL and Sound its time to put up a board now.

Hey dudes,

Downloaded a fresh ut99 from the web (windows), downloaded the 469c patch for OSX, dragged to applications folder, and then copied the maps/music/textures/sounds folder into the application support/unreal tournament folder I created. This is the error I get:

Assertion failed: GetPropertiesSize()>=sizeof(UObject) [File:/Users/stijn/UnrealTournament/Core/Src/UnClass.cpp] [Line: 1241]

Google searching led me toviewtopic.php?f=47&t=10030, a similar error, but it seems that user copied the system folder from the windows install. I did not do that, so I'm not sure how to fix this.
