InstaGib Coop/MH?

Anyone interested to make a server?
Some Hypercoop MH server has an instagib pistol, which is fun, but overpowered. I'd like that fun, but without overpowered. Only way would be to make enemy attacks also instagib.
Also Hypercoop Experimental has awesome maps and map packs. I'd like to play all those co-op maps with enemy hordes and instagib.
