There was a mod Auto Team Balance with High Score Mutator.
I found archived link for the version 1.5 here:

It contains ATBHighScores7.u file, but I'm looking for the version with ATBHighScores6.u.
I will be grateful if someone shares the file ATBHighScores6.u.
If you an old player it may be in your cache folder.
Just check cache.ini file.

It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

I dunno, I didn't found any info in internet.
I know that about 1-2 years ago, some servers have used it.
