It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

In your advanced options, simply set

Networking -> Master Server Uplink -> DoUplink

to false.

If that is not safe enough for you, you can manually comment out all uplink actors in your server ini file.

As long as you send a LAN beacon (by default all Unreal servers do) all clients in your LAN will see the server when selecting the LAN tab in "multiplayer join server" options.

There are only 2 scenarios afaik where the beacon won't show up:

1) the beacon has been disabled in the configuration

2) the server has more than 1 IP bound to itself and it gets confused as to which one is the primary

In any case, Hyper's solution will always work.
