unrealed 2.0?!??!??!

I remember hearing about people using UnrealED 2.0 instead of
that menace to society, UnrealED 1.0.
I found some (dead) DL links to UnrealED 2.0 for DX, but not even Archive.org's Wayback Machine thingie has 'em archived.
Could someone help?

He's referring to the fact that somehow people have gotten a hacked build of UED 2.0 to work.
