I am asking because I really want to use remixes of Tyrian and Metroid music in some maps, but the only good remixes I can find would be too repetitive to stand listening to on a loop.
For instance, Ashes to Ashes (from Harmony of a Hunter) and Slipstream (from HoH: 101% Run) are great Metroid remixes, but the former would be very repetitive as it has a very noticeable beginning and end, whereas Slipstream is blended at the edges with two other songs because the whole album is meant to be played in one go; that automatically disqualifies it for looping.
Frozen Caves of Camanis (by WinKoneR) is a good Tyrian remix, but like Ashes to Ashes it has a very noticeable beginning and end.
I would make my own remixes, but I have no musical talent for that.

It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

There are many remixes of Tyrian's OST already. Do some searching and you'll find some little wonders.
