What is Infiltration

Hey there, I was wondering, "what the heck is Infiltration"? Some kind of Unreal single player mod with a story ripped from a James Bond spy novel?
It is the original realworld mod that inspired everything that came after such as Counter Strike.
UT99 has a total mod as well as the basic game mode and mutator versions.
and no it is multiplay.
