The SCUBAGear allows you to breathe underwater for a period of time. If you were to deactivate the SCUBA while underwater, you would immediately begin to drown. Found in various places, including one in the Temple of Chizra, at the bottom of the Pool of Thunder.
NOTE: The SCUBAGear returns in UPak as a permanent item like the Translator. This version recharges its air supply when your head is above water, the name is also changed to Marine SCUBAGear.
